Trash clean up protects wildlife, prevents harmful pollution, and makes our home a more beautiful place to live, which is why community trash removal efforts of all shapes and sizes are supported by Hamtramck Mutual Aid.
Examples of previous efforts include:
- Pre and Post-event cleanup (Paczki run, Labor day festival, etc.)
- City-wide cleanups organized by members of the community
- Small-scale, independent, neighborhood trash pick up efforts
